The Penthouse Apartment, Boardwalk Apartments, Quay West

The Penthouse is an extravagant and luxurious two bed apartment located on the third floor with far reaching views over the harbour, out to sea and the surrounding countryside. There is a balcony which circles the apartment which can be accessed by large sliding doors from the living area as well as from the hallway and both bedrooms.

The apartment is accessed by a lift and the ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower which makes the apartment suitable for elderly or less able guests. It is situated in the heart of West Bay, just moments from the beaches and its other amenities.

The accommodation provides a very high standard of comfort with a large open plan living and kitchen area, two bedrooms (one double ensuite and one twin) as well as a luxury family bathroom. The living area has ample space for dining and entertaining with fabulous views.

Additional facilities include a dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, separate freezer, microwave, a huge wall mounted flat screen TV, free wireless internet, DVD player, underfloor heating and private off street gated parking.

West Bay offers two unspoilt beaches either side of its quaint fishing harbour and has a good range of facilities which includes a small supermarket, butcher, fishmonger, greengrocer, newsagent, tackle shop and a good selection of restaurants and public houses.

The nearby caravan park has a children's play area and a swimming pool with fun slides, which opens to the general public.

The historic market town of Bridport is less than two miles away, offering supermarkets, shops, medical centre, hospital and leisure centre.
